This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, obtained a special exemption to play at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.
The former president, a passionate golfer, operates multiple courses worldwide and often competes against Kai.
"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we play competitive games," she revealed.
She mentioned that her grandfather, who cannot attend, advised her: "Simply stay calm."
"He practically suggested to go out there and have fun," she continued.
"In my eyes, he's simply a normal grandpa. He can't make it for the tournament. He's busy with running the country, making him quite busy."
Being non-professional, Kai has competed in only three events recently and holds the 461st position in AJGA listings.
However she can get advice from 15-time major champion, romantically involved with Kai's mother.
"He represents the top athlete worldwide," the young golfer said.
"Furthermore, he's a superior human being. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, adapting to the flow."
She'll challenge several the biggest names in professional golf at the competition, featuring world number two Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.
The LPGA stated that her participation exposes the sport to new audiences, specifically with younger fans.
